      Firm FAQs

      Who will handle my work?

Dolapo Akinboro leads every instruction. He is a lawyer admitted in Nigeria and trained in England and Wales, who has managed over 200 UK litigation matters. Where an associate paralegal or an authorised advocate is involved, we agree it with you first. All associates work under written confidentiality terms and our conflict checks.

Who is responsible for the advice?

Your firm or chambers. The work is prepared for your review and adoption, under your supervision.

      How is confidential material handled?

A conflict check comes first, then separate secure systems. Confidentiality and data-protection terms are agreed in writing before files are shared.

      How quickly can you start?

Tell us the deadline and we confirm availability when we reply. Urgent work is possible and priced accordingly.

      What format will I receive?

Word by default, short answer first, followed by the authorities.
